TEACHING

Adam Kraar teaches at The New Group Acting Studio with Long Island University; and at Primary Stages’ ESPA.  Prior to that, Adam taught at the University of Rochester’s International Theatre Program, Hampshire College, Adelphi University and the William Inge Center for the Arts.  He’s been a mentor with the Writers Guild Initiative’s Veterans’ Writing Project and a Featured Artist at The Last Frontier Theatre Conference.  He served as dramaturg for pre-professional playwrights at Wordbridge Lab at CENTERSTAGE Baltimore.  He’s also been a mentor at the Actors Studio M.F.A. program and a Visiting Artist at H.B. Studios, Rutgers University, Columbia Prep and Stella Adler Studios (Teen Rehearsal and Performance Intensive).  He earned his M.F.A. in playwriting from Columbia University.
