Adam Kraar has been teaching playwriting and theatre at the University of Rochester, Adelphi University, N.Y. Institute of Technology and the William Inge Center for the Arts.  Recently, he was a mentor with the Writers Guild Initiative’s Veterans’ Writing Project and a Featured Artist at The Last Frontier Theatre Conference.  Previously, he served as dramaturg for pre-professional playwrights at Wordbridge Lab at CENTERSTAGE Baltimore.  He was a mentor at the Actors Studio M.F.A. program at New School University in New York and a Visiting Artist at H.B. Studios, Rutgers University, Hampshire College, Rivier College, Columbia Prep, and Sedan High School.  He earned his M.F.A. in playwriting from Columbia University.
