Adam Kraar has been teaching playwriting and theatre at the University of Rochester, Adelphi University, Primary Stages’ ESPA, N.Y. Institute of Technology and the William Inge Center for the Arts.  Recently, he was a mentor with the Writers Guild Initiative’s Veterans’ Writing Project and a Featured Artist at The Last Frontier Theatre Conference.  Previously, he served as dramaturg for pre-professional playwrights at Wordbridge Lab at CENTERSTAGE Baltimore.  He was a mentor at the Actors Studio M.F.A. program at New School University in New York and a Visiting Artist at H.B. Studios, Rutgers University, Hampshire College, Rivier College, Columbia Prep, and Sedan High School.  He earned his M.F.A. in playwriting from Columbia University.
