THE KARPOVSKY VARIATIONS is serio-comic story of a family – jet-setting journalist Lawrence, his two adult brothers, and his daughter Julia – through their meetings in airport lounges over the course of two decades.  Julia leads us through the attempts by her and her uncles to break through to her elusive father, whose work keeps him on the run and whose emotional distance keeps them at bay.
